Under Arkansas’s Safe Haven Law, parents may safely and anonymously surrender a newborn up to 30 days old at designated locations such as hospitals, fire departments, or law enforcement agencies. Safe Haven Baby Boxes provide a secure, anonymous option for parents in crisis, ensuring newborns can be safely cared for while offering hope and protection for families across Arkansas.
