Arkansas Right To Life




STATE SENATE CANDIDATES
 

  1. Would you vote to enhance the Arkansas Parental Notification Law by requiring the reporting of the total number of parental notifications occurring in each calendar year, including the number of minors receiving a judicial bypass?
  2. Would you vote for legislation to regulate the prescribing of the abortion pill RU-486?
  3. Would you vote for a law requiring that women, who are 20 weeks or more pregnant, be given information about fetal pain before having an abortion?
  4. Will you vote for measures to protect living human embryos from being destroyed and from being used for medical experiments that would harm or kill them?
  5. Would you vote to prevent involuntary denial of life-saving medical treatment by providing for life-preserving medical treatment, food, or fluids when it has been explicitly directed by the patient?
