National Right To Life Academy

"In Washington, D.C., I learned to hope. If I had to sum up my educational experience at the National Right to Life Academy, those would be my words. The fact that we studied for hours every day is not the thing that will follow me the closest throughout my life. While I did learn valuable information on Obamacare, gained experience lobbying against physician-assisted suicide, and studied the history of the pro-life movement regarding abortion, it was the attitude of my teachers that taught me the most. They did not say 'if' we overturn Roe v. Wade, they said 'when' we overturn Roe v. Wade. I will remember the strength of my teachers Burke Balch, Roger Stenson, and the many others who contributed to the Academy student's curriculum when I feel like I'm up against an unstoppable opponent. They taught me to never give up, especially when you are fighting for the right to life. With the knowledge they passed on and the example they set, I am confident my fellow students and I are equipped to fight even harder for the fundamental right to life for all people, and will be forever grateful for my experience at the National Right to Life Academy." Arkansas Right to Life and many others made an important investment in the future of the pro-life movement in Arkansas by sponsoring Hannah Trice, a 21-year-old college student from North Little Rock, to attend the National Right to Life Academy this summer in Washington, D.C.

She is an amazing young woman who received high praise from the leaders of the pro-life movement at National Right to Life. We are encouraged by her experience and encourage others to apply to this outstanding program.

The Academy is a unique, six-week academic course for college students eager to put their pro-life passion to work, uniquely designed to equip students with the tools to carry the fight for life into the future.

The growing network of NRL Academy alumni is a fresh source of vitality for a Movement whose greatest strength may be its faithful endurance. Through successes and setbacks, National Right to Life has worked tirelessly to protect the right to life all human beings, born and unborn.
